Last night (2/15/2022), executive director Meagen Donoghue and FRA Board Treasurer and Urban Renewal Plan Liaison, Laura Bayless, PhD, presented the 2040 Urban Renewal Plan to City Council, which was approved unanimously. Thank you to all who worked diligently to make this happen, including the the BSC Group, the City of Fitchburg, the CAC, and the Board of Directors.
