The FRA said goodbye to long-time Board member Mr. Tom Donnelly on April 20th when his term was up. Mr. Donnelly was on the Board of Directors for nearly 13 years and during that time, he contributed countless hours of time and energy. We thank him and wish him the very best! We hope he isn’t a stranger!
