Without the FRA as our first project partner, the re-development of 35 Main St. in Fitchburg MA, likely would not have happened.  We needed a local partner that understood the complexities of redevelopment within a struggling economic environment.  The FRA was supportive of our redevelopment vision form the very beginning and still continues to be that partner today!
